I'll bet those Georgians, Ossetians, and Russian wounded could have benefitted from some of those state-of-the-art hospitals in Dubai, for instance.

What's Dubai got to do with anything?? Were they ARMING and TRAINING.. oh and EXPLOITING.. Russian troops?? Like Israel was doing with the Georgians??

Georgia is an ally of Israel. They need our help because Georgia is not as fortunate as Israel. Arranging for Georgians to come to Israel for treatment is the right thing to do. BTW, Israel was arming and training Georgian soldiers because it was common knowledge that at some point the Russians were going to get nasty. If Israel and the USA did not train and arm the Georgian soldiers, Russia would have taken over the country by now.
