A 9 year old Jewish boy fought and disarmed the terrorist. "Settlers" did not attack an IDF base. When the soldiers came (without warrants or warning to allow appeal) to steal private property, some "settlers" fought back. A soldier broke his finger when he beat youths with his rifle. No one set a dog at anyone, a dog barked and a soldier got scared. In Asael two months ago, a member of Sayeret succeeded in capturing a terrorist who had burned his fields and tried to murder him with a hoe. The Jew gave the terrorist to the police. The police released the terrorist and used administrative orders to keep the Jew from his home. Yitzhak Herskovitz bought land in Israel. Arab squatters took over. The Jew turned to the court which ruled that the land is his. The police, showing contempt for the court, refuses to evict the squatters. What Muki should be worried about is that Olmert is driving Israel into anarchy by using the police and courts to persecute his Jewish opponents.

Nobody got hurt in the process, whereas a nine-year boy was stabbed and a home burnt. Guess which one is the real crime?

Mr. Dagan mentions israeli Democracy which everyone knows does not truely exist. There is no constitution in Israel and the Leftist Judges rule as they please. Omrit was never elected and has a 3% approval rating. Is this the democracy that Dagan is talking about. The Israeli public looked with disgust at the goverment progrom against the Amona community and the heros of Gush Katif. There are volumes to speak about the lack of true democracy in Israel. Since we are dealing with a corrupt and lawless goverment what do you mean Mr. Dagan about law and order? Let the Israeli goverment demonstrate that there is a law and put some order in the corrupt goverment that never existed.

Dagan conveniently glosses over mention of the horrible, (as usual) child-targeting Palestinian catalyst for the rage of the settlers from Yitzhar. Shame on Dagan for writing such a disgracefully one-sided article. SHAME!

If the facts are accurate as posted in this article, then the Israeli government is failing in it's responsibility. Terror by any group authorized by it's religious leadership is still terror; no different than that of any Islamic group authorized by it's religious leader. Israelis have a right to defend and protect themselves, but no more rights than the Islamics to do the same. Murder begets murder no matter who began the action.

There all going to be evicted soon enough, from Israel. God will show himself, then everyone will remember the Old Testament. It's going to happen very shortly and no amount of political correctness, will do any good. The palestinians and all arabs, living in Israel, along with other heathen nations will be exterimnated by God. It's going to happen. It's not that I'm some right -wing nutcase, it's just that I can see that it's going to happen and no one will be able to stop it, becasue it's what God wants.
