zionist forever   (09.29.08)
Its about time Israel has had diplomatic relations with the US for 60 years and its taken 60 years to finally agree to raise the flag. The question now is how long are we going to have to wait to see the the US embassy in Jerusalem with the American flag waving in Israels capital something promised first by Clinton and later by Bush in his first term as president. Just like Clinton Bush has made excuses to delay moving the embassy even though Congress authorised it years ago.

it is a precondition to allow celebration IN America. You can call it polishing the face of of Israel democracy. on Rosh Hashanah, she can certainly blow it for herself. Since her level of obligation in the mitzvah is different than that of a man, she cannot blow for a man.

7. where are the Animal Right Groups?

The one area that may cause concern for vegetarians is the use of animal parts for ritual purposes. The Torah is written on parchment (animal skins), as are the scrolls in a mezuzah and the tefillin. The tefillin are made of leather. The shofar blown at Rosh Hashanah is a ram's horn. Jewish law requires all of this?
