This guy intentionaly came to a Jewish neighborhood on the holies day of the year for the Jews who wanted nothing but quiet and prayer and he Provoked them blasting his radio cursing them and throwing bottles and lit cigarets. I live in East Jerusalem and on Saturdays we have to take care of Medical services in Jewish neighbourhoods.... I have no clue why people start throwing stuff on my car when driving....
