1. Finally
After years of watching talkbacks from el Aviv residents condemning Jews in other cities for their unwillingness to accept Arabs and neighbors, we get this story about a class, though a quiet one, between Jews and Arabs. I wonder what the people in this posh neighborhood will do when their new neighbors start their killing sprees.

3. the New Regulations
If you complain about anything an Arab does, you're a racist. If you notice that the U.S. president-elect has a history of consorting and cooperating with radicals, criminals, and terrorists--you're a racist.

5. Stop inciting violence
There are right wing extremists everywhere. Unfortunately, even in Tel-Aviv. Real Mercazniks are left wing and know how to live in peace with their arab neighbors. The proof is the landlord. The left has always claimed that we are willing to give up land for peace and in his own small way, the landlord did that. Once again, right wing complainers are fanning the flames of hatred. Non-religous left wingers wouldn't complain about sabbath desecration. We are more tolerant of all religions because we have rejected the anachronistic brainwashing of fanatical money grubbing rabbis.

7. NEIGHBOURS FROM HELL EXIST ALL OVER THE WORLD...
They're not particular unique to this TA resort... even Jewish tenant/homeowner neighbours can drive you nuts! and this doesn't have to be in Israel...

9. The good news is that the Muslims will go to Muslim heaven
one day. They will get to listen to a lot of noise there and will have eternity to endure it. One Muslim in a neighborhood can really mess up an area. A Muslim Ph.D. from Egypt in cancer research at the University of Arizona upset the neighbors by killing their pets and trees and anything else he could think up. A group of the neighbors went to him to ask him to stop and he ignored them. So God judged him. Two of this three sons became autistic overnight after getting a hepatitis vaccine on the same day. Now, his life is hell, too.

10. The answer
Imagine an Israeli going to live in Um-el Fahum, Kal Kiliya, Kfar Qasm, Tira or any number of Arabs villages and behaving the same way.
It's NOT that they are Arabs, it's because their culture and way of life is different to ours. We are completely different. That's why there are Arab villages. Sorry if that sounds bad, but it's true.

15. "TA neighboorhood rejects Arabs"? Why so inflammatory, Ynet?
This is not an expose of random bigotry at all - simply an example of a reaction to a nuisance which may or may not have had cultural elements as causal factors.
There is plenty of justifiable incitement to be had - no need to go contriving. Please.

18. Neighborhood Conflict
I guess this puts the lie to the belief that all Arabs in Israel are poor oppressed victims of discrimination. How the hell can anyone with fourteen children afford to live in an upscale neighborhood unless they're extremely wealthy? Apparently, being citizens of Israel hasn't been such a bad deal for them after all.

21. Lol Go on Bravo
I am not in Florida but in Paris and I am not surprised to read what I read.
I just want to denounce the horrible racism of the inhabitants of Tel Aviv.
In order to favor a greater integration, I would recommand more Arab families to come in the neighborhood. At the same as the great Sternhell said the settlers are legitimate targets for these poor palestininans. I have just a question how come that in France, the neighnoors of Arabs have the same kind of problems. Hi I am so stupid because of the crime of colonisation of course. Please Go on Arab family lollll

23. to #5 the so-called Mercaznik
You preach: "Stop the Violence" but that is just a nice little sound byte for you. It seems to me that you wouldn't know leftist racism if it bit you in the arse. Reason is that you are that leftist racist. Yes you Ron Morris. Hateful to Jews for believing in Judaism, yet so accepting to Arabs. Go ahead, give them a good deal on your house. Rent it out to them, and then let's see how accepting you are afterwards. Your self-hating approach to life is not lost on the arab leadership. They thrive on it and will continue to drive their masses forward until they realize that Jews love what they are: Jewish!

26. Property mobbing?
An example from Spain: an owner of a flat in a 3 story building wanted all his neighbors out to build a hotel. He let his flat to a gypsy family for 1 Euro a month. This large family has made life impossible to the other neighbors during entire year. The district attorney has seen this as property mobbing and it is now in cour in Northern Spain. The attorney asks a large penalty and 5 years in pison for the owner.
The case in Israel should be checked in this light.

27. Racism? I think not.
I live next door to a Jewish family with 5 kids and the racket that they make on Shabbat and Chagim can be quite irritating. I can't imagine the chaos of 14 kids. I personally think that it's the noise of a family of 14 kids that's the issue here, and that this would be the issue whether the family was Jewish, Arab, Druze, Dutch, French, Egyptian, or indeed anything else you can think of.

28. #20 it's not racism, it's realism
The residents of this Tel Aviv neighborhood have a good frame of reference, after what happened to the Christians in Nazareth. Look what happened to the Christians of Mosul just in the last few days. Is it racism to notice that they are being hounded and turfed out by bloodthirsty Moslem gangs?

30. I understand them
I live in a quite normal neibourhood, were all friends and everything is pretty much alright untill one day an arab family moved in,we had nothing against them untill they started listening to music untill late, loud arab music on shabbat and VERY early in the morning, after noons and on the holocaust memorial day!
we spoke to the house owner and the police untill he made them get out and broke the contract
