How about the Minister suggesting that Israel accept the Saudi peace initiative? 22 Arab states will give Israel security promises and Hamas will accept that as borders for a Jewish state. Then watch those mortgages in Sderot and Ashkelon skyrocket as the settlers pour in there.

Hamas was not a co-sponsor of the Saudi peace plan, as it is not a member of the Arab League. Moreover, its leadership has emphatically refused to endorse it, as its raison d'etre is the destruction of Israel. Hamas isn't going to "accept" those borders. I do agree with your mortgage calculus, however. Not only will the settlers need housing, so will all the Palestinian-Arab "refugees" that the Saudi plan envisions flooding in.

You propose that Israel enters an agreement with the racist Hamas (who believe that Jews are monkeys and pigs) secured by "promises" from the apartheid regime of Saudia (where Jews are forbidden to enter as they are too dirty). Let us say that Israel was stupid enough to accept the agreement. What would happen if it turns out that the Arab states don't live up to their "promises"?
