Why is Mr. Katsav in need of office space in the first place? What business or duties does he have and why should the taxpayer have to foot the bill? Could this money not be better spent to serve members of the public suffering under budget cuts? With all the disgust I have for Katzav's actions, I still think - forcing intercourse is not as horrible as signing the release of a baby-murderer, in exchange for two dead bodies.
