This is not, as some believe, a clash of civilizations but rather, as Syrian-American Wafa Sultan has argued, a battle of civilization against barbarism. On one side, we have the modern manifestations of the Jewish and Indian civilizations of old. On that side too are the civilizations of the West who value their freedoms. (Reports indicate that in some of these attacks the terrorists were specifically looking for those carrying US and UK passports.) On the other side we have advocates of the perpetual jihad against "unbelievers". One cannot accommodate them, or negotiate with them. They must be defeated, and their sick ideology fully discredited. The conflict between Israel and its neighbors should not be considered in isolation; it is a front in a greater confrontation.

How do you know that the attackers were fighting a war against 'unbelievers'? It's not even clear who the group were, yet you seem to be sure. Israel's 'conflict' with its neighbours is simply explained. Europeans came to the Middle East - British, French - suppresed the indigenous populations and then gave the land to other Europeans who then 'cleansed' and evicted the indigenous population. The Palestinians have been fighting for their freedom ever since. It is nothing to do with Jihadism. It's to do with freedom. The people who were farming and cultivating Palestine were pushed from their home and in some cases massacred. They have been fighting for their land, their rights and their freedom ever since. Palestinians, like peoples in Europe cherish the freedom to live in their land and not under occupation.

On the one hand you say it's not clear who the terrorists are or that their purpose is to fight infidels. Then you post misinformation about the history of Israel and the Palestinians. Then, although you claim to know very little about the terrorist group and their motivation to commit attacks in India, you assume it has nothing to do with jihad and everything to do with the Palestinians. Please share the information you have that connects this attack to the Palestinians.
