1. I never meant to spread a rumor only to verify/null one I heard about Fox news from a relative-I don't get fox in order to quiet my disquiet. I had just heard this before opening ynetnews-no bug crime really- and I asked if it were true-not stated. People jump the gun too fast- 2. Perhaps it is correct that this is not an appropriate time to ask about chabad feelings when one of their community members gets murdered. Sorry. 3. However, the question itself is totally legitimate at ordinary times not those of mourning and I know I don't feel different if it is a member of my community or not. It seemed that this is not how everyone feels and that made me sad. Sorry if I caused stress

You said it so very well. Thank you. What is it within Islam that breeds such hatred that it wants to rob the world of that which is good? I do not understand it. Islam produces legions of angry and violent people. I know that there are some good Muslims out there in the world, but why are there so many who aren't? The Chabad representatives were killed strictly because of their Jewishness. As I Christian, I stand in solidarity with Jews against all the hatred you endure. You are a brave and noble people for whom I have great admiration. My deepest sympathy to the families and to the Nation of Israel.
63. #58 Do Jewish women pretend to be pregnant to hide explosives?
Roman ,   Lod, Israel   (12.03.08)
Do Israeli ambulances smuggle arms, explosives, and terrorist infiltrators? Palestinians did all that, and more, which is why the once-nonexistent checkpoints were set up in the first place, and why they now check even ambulances and supposedly pregnant women. Those who break this basic trust pay the consequences. Should Israeli Jews die in terrorist attacks because the soldiers just waved people in, assuming a basic human courtecy and honor that simply isn't there, that was broken time and time again?

The Palestinians wasted billions of dollars in aid that could have been used to build local hospitals for these women. Instead, they used the money to blow-up Israeli checkpoints, border crossings and terrorize Israelis. Caring for their own pregnant women was obviously not a priority.

I hear what you're saying. Still, generalizing about "the followers of Mohammed" isn't so different than what your friend was taught in kindergarten. He's grown up to realize that Jews aren't all evil, and if we don't recognize that Muslims aren't all evil, we're perpetuating the problem. YES, let's fight terrorism and extremism, and YES, let's all be confident (without being smug) that what we believe is true and what everyone else believes is not (while everyone else believes the same about us). I'm definitely not an apologist for Islam, and I HATE what has happened in Mumbai. But I think blaming all Muslims for the acts of a few only makes things worse.

Again, a thorough search of the CNN website failed to produce anything that even remotely insinuates that this child would be placed in an orphanage. Unless you can come up with some solid evidence of this, I suggest that you stop repeating it. This child has family on both sides of the sea that love and adore him. His UNCLE FOUNDED an orphanage. Stop passing on hearsay as fact.
