What a sad comment on how secular Israelis have removed themselves from the Jewish value of abstinence until marriage. What has become standard practice in secular homes remains a "shandah" in traditional Jewish homes. Even in traditional Jewish wedding invitations, the bride is referred to with much pride as "ha-be-tulah," the virgin! How sad that we have become like all other nations.
