They have given firstrate healthcare by training doctors and nurses and handing over clinics and supplying medication, also,funds equating billions, even arms and training for security and police forces.Never in history has this kind of cajoling and assistance to an enemy persistent in unceasing attacks on innocent civilians and especially children been executed.The US even continuously miscalculated and forced Israel to make itself vulnerable time and again by letting Hamas run in elections,forcing Israel to drop security measures, forcing Israel to evacuate Gaza entirely, handing over security and check points, standing down as missiles -thousands of missiles- attacked for years, and insisting Israel give arms and funds and release thousands of prisoners while Shalit remained incarcerated without even permitting the Red Cross to visit, fabricating incidents in the media as it insisted the press collude with its lies that caused over a thousand deaths in Israel and untold injuries and psychological damage of the children forced to live under siege. I couldn't agree more with everything you said. I, as well as most Israelis, value the help America gives us. We wouldn't stand half a chance of surviving here without it. I think the highest rate in the world for affection toward America, is found in Israel. Have to allow that average America has it's own style. This I think, Israel understands, even if not always happy about. For example, we are not that much of a military people. It's just the way we are. The politicians sometimes get other ideas, but eventually they end up giving up on such. In this, I believe that there is a wisdom of not trusting in military actions.
