1. Send them to Gaza!!
Chaya ,   Bat Yam   (12.29.08)
2. tibi cares more about terrorists than his arab constituents
mike ,   israel (formerly usa   (12.29.08)
hamas killed an israeli arab and he still has nothing abd or negative to say about the terrorists. speaks volumes. tibi is worthless on about every level there is. israeli arabs should take note and vote the bum out of office.
3. Blood used for political gain
Marlene ,   Israel   (12.29.08)
I wonder if these Arab MKs ever remark on the traumatised Israeli kids, or the people injured and killed by their "same tribe" people. These MKs hold Israeli citizenship and if they cannot be loyal to the country they have sworn to serve and defend they should be thrown out. Let him go and live with "his tribe"
4. LET THEM JOIN BISHARA
Sergio ,   Israel   (12.29.08)
5. Tibi's remarks in Knesset
A;fred Inselberg ,   Raanana, Israel   (12.29.08)
Tibi asks "what is crueler"? His slander is crueler and his foul mouth is proverbial! He bears directt responsibility for defending the terrorists rather than be concerned with his constituents.
6. Tibi: Blood used for political purposes
Yaroslav ,   Ukraine   (12.29.08)
"Blood used for political purposes" - you say. I personally see it as demolishing of criminal structure that was systematically killing Israeli citizens during last eight years by means of rocket and mortar bombardments.
7. To Mr. Tibi
Ricardo Macher ,   KarneiShomron-Israel   (12.29.08)
Hi Mr. Tibi, I agree with you a 100%, we are barbarians, we are rejoicing in arab blood, we are counting on dead bodies to exchange for votes, etc. etc. Just one small problem, you and the other arab MK are validating this fascist Knesset by sitting there! Why don't you go away? Take a plane to Jordan, Syria, wherever you want and stay there!!!
8. Tibi: members of the same nation
Avinoam ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (12.29.08)
Idiot! You are an Israeli. You are a MK. Your concern is first and foremost to your countrymen. Here in your own words you make it quite clear that you do not see yourself as Israeli. Although we have known this for a long time. I think it's about time you moved to Gaza, to be with "members of the same nation".
9. Tibi
Don Saliman ,   Nahal Oz, Israel   (12.29.08)
Why are you silent when your friends send rockets into Israeli cities? Please if you hate Israel so much, then leave and join your friends under Hammas. By the way if you live in Gaza, you would have less freedom than you have here in Israel and you know that
10. tibi and israel
alexi   (12.29.08)
tibi, Israel is the state of the jews where you have democratic states. You want an arab state, get the hell out of israel and go to jordan. otherwise shut your bloody mouth, you and the rest of your gangs.Your people stole israel in ancient times and now we got it back. As for iran, that's another subject for another day. In the meantime, tell gazans to flee as hamas will be killing many of their own people to blame it on israel.
11. Mr. Achmed
Tova ,   Raanana   (12.29.08)
You would do us more than great pleasure in packing your bags and getting out of the country which you so hold in contempt. We, Jews, know all about minority groups, and when antisemites like you raised their heads in the countries we were citizens of, we took our few belongings and got the hell out and went ot our only country on earth. So, please, do us the favor of dispensing us with having to throw you out like they do in the countries that you so admire. Please, enough of you!!!!
12. "we are members of the same nation", Mr. Tibi?
israeli ,   israel   (12.29.08)
"every time an Arab is injured it hurts me more because we are members of the same nation. " But I thought you were not Arabs but rather Palestinians, the descendants of the ancient ihnabitants of "Palestine", including the ancient Israelites. The fact that you look like Arabs, speak like Arabs, act like Arabs and are mostly Moslem is just an accident. Pray, make up your mind and enlighten us as well. Because if you are Arabs, just like your national poet said: Record, record, I am an Arab!, and you cannot live side by side with us Jews, I strongly urge to join your Arab brethren in the Arab paradise of your choice and leave us Jews alone.
13. Talking about bodies?
Brod ,   USA   (12.29.08)
Where were these Islamist-Jihadist sympathizers when Hamas was raining rocket bombs on Israel on a daily basis? The fact is the bodies of Islamist-Jihadist terrorists don't count. They all need to be eliminated. Did Bin Laden and his Islamist-Jihadist terrorists care about the bodies of humanity that they destroyed on 9/11 and since then all over the world? If the Free World does not eliminate Islamist-Jihadist terrorists, it will be eliminated by Islamist-Jihadists. See the daily carnages and atrocities committed by Islamist-Jihadist terrorists all over the world at: www.thereligionofpeace.com By looking at the reactions of Islamist-Jihadist states in the region-Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, etc, you can see the ugly heads of Islamist-JIhadist terrorists and their sponsors permeating them. The Free World should be grateful that Israel has the guts and wisdom to defend themselves and defeat the dark forces. And they should support Israel in this confrontation as Israel is in the frontline in this global war between the Free World and the Crusaders of Islamist-Jihadism whose goal is to subdue, dominate and islamize the whole non-Islamist world which they call Dar Al Harb and turn it into the House of Islam which they call Dar Al Islam. Read "They Must Be Stopped" [2008] by Brigitte Gabriel.
14. arabs of israel
marcel   (12.29.08)
we're bloody serious now. You better pledge loyalty to israel,t he jewish state with actions and deeds or you will be traded sooner or expelled as violators of citizenship laws than you think. Druse and beduoin are excluded.
15. I see 2 "states" already within Israel.
Ronald   (12.29.08)
The arab MK's from their words and actions - undoubtedly have sided with the enemy. They speak as if they are separate ; not part of Israel at all. Another nation. A cancer within. It could be reasonable to assume that they may or are collaborating with enemy. In a democracy there has to be political opposition. Its healthy. However, what these MK's (I believe) are doing actually amounts to treason or sedition. They must be censured at the least. If Israeli Arabs feel marginalized by any move to bring these MK's to heel, then they can always follow their principles, renounce Israeli citizenship ,get off the Jewish gravy train and bugger off elsewhere. Wishful thinking.
16. Tibi, move to Sderot - then you can talk
russel ,   tlv   (12.29.08)
17. All neat and tidy
Gideon Reader   (12.29.08)
The lesson is to be always be neat and tidy; stacking the lifeless bodies of your Hamasnik enemies like fresh cut cordwood. Work hard at that detail and pretty soon the BG's<> will get the idea. Sometimes lessons are best taught in class. Sometimes by example. Sometimes with instructional aides, such as a 2X4. Sometimes by 250 kilo bombs from an F-16 or Gunship. As Bernie Goetz would say: "You don't look so bad. Here's another."
18. two points about Israeli-Arabs
Rami of Nazareth ,   Israel   (12.29.08)
1- To Jewish reader who's hobby is to incite against the Israeli-Arab community in general.... you need to always keep in mind that these MKs do not represent that whole community, as many Israeli arabs vote for Kadima, Labor, Likuds, Meretz, etc, and see Livni, Barak Natanyaho etc as their representative.. many others chose not to voter at all and are not represented in the Keneset.. 2- Like many other Israeli-Arabs, I'm ashamed of the Arab MKs behavior, , i truly believe that they are a bunch of hypocrites, do not care about people who voted for them. In the same breath they condemns the killing of innocent civilians by Israel, they should condemns the targeting and killing of innocent civilians by the hams terrorist organization
19. Arab Israels (re: #15 Ronald)
Avinoam ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (12.29.08)
A lot of Arab MK's are traitors. This is abundantly clear. However, it is entirely understandable if Arab Israelis feel marginalised. Suppose we are talking about Arab Israelis that are not in the fifth column. Precisely the kind of people who we do not want to marginalise, and the sub-culture that we would like to promote. Who represents their interests in the Knesset? No, what is needed is a replacement. Someone who represents Arab interests in Israel, but does not support the destruction of the state. The problem is not that all Arab Israelis feel as Arab MKs do, it is that these Arab MKs have hijacked the voice of the sector. While they may speak for some, I highly doubt that they speak for all Arab Israelis, and it is precisely those that they don't speak for that I would like to see find better representation. A side note: I deliberately call them Arab Israelis, and not Israeli Arabs. Something to think about.
20. We have to face this problem.
Terry ,   Eilat, Israel   (12.29.08)
It is just plain stupid to be politically correct, to pretend there is no problem, or to babble the usual meaningless delusional liberal rhetoric. This just should not be ignored. We have a large, hostile minority living within our border. They self-identify as members of an enemy population. Eventually, the security risk will be unbearable. Better to deal with it now rather than later.
21. Rami of Nazareth #18
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (12.29.08)
I agree with you. It's too bad that people like you are not heard enough. There are people that hate on both sides, I too do not agree with them. I served with far too many Israelis of all religions to hold out one group for contempt. We are Israel and we are under siege and fighting a war of genocide against our people. Let us work together to save our country and our ways of life
22. to #20 Terry: and how you suggest dealing with it??
Rami of Nazareth ,   Israle   (12.29.08)
23. to # 19: as an Israeli-Arab, I agree with most of your post.
Rami of Nazareth ,   Israel   (12.29.08)
24. #22 Rami - Nazareth, Israel.
Terry ,   Eilat, Israel   (12.29.08)
You only get one guess.
25. Rami, Nazareth
israeli ,   israel   (12.29.08)
Stand up and be counted. When we see Arab students rallying in Haifa and Jerusalem raising Palestinian flags and chanting slogans against the State of Israel, when we see Arab youths hurling stones at passing Israeli cars, when we see Arabs rioting in Israel in support of Hamas, it is a bit difficult for us to know who is who and who wants what. I wish more people like you would have the guts to come out and speak out. Let us not forget that today's rocket victim in Ashkelon is a 27-year-old Arab construction worker. My heart goes out to his family. He was trying to earn a living and was murdered by a terrorist rocket launched from Gaza.
26. tibi's opening line says it best
Arie ,   BaGolan   (12.29.08)
He admits he only cares when an arab is hurt. It does NOT concern him when Jews are struck. He will make a great minister in the PA parliament when his arab triangle in the Galilee is given to the palis in exchange for the settlement bloc. You and your leftist allies will NOT be missed
27. #19 Avinoam, Tel Aviv - Israel
Terry ,   Eilat, Israel   (12.29.08)
They are neither Israeli Arabs nor Arab Israelis. They are quite simply Arabs who live within our borders. They identify with the wider Arab/Muslim world & obviously, with the Palestinians. And, for the most part, they cannot reconcile themselves to a Jewish state nor do they think our presence here is legitimate. In a Western environment, people of all sorts can be citizens of a country. The best example is the United States. They are able to juggle several different identities at once yet they recognize & are members of a greater civil society, a very abstract concept. This is a very Western concept - and not one which is compatible with Arab or even Islamic thinking. Every liberal Western idea such as your idea of a replacement for the current Arab MK's with others more amenable to a Jewish state will fail. Even in Europe, integration is not successful (without our ethnic conflict). I think you have to be far more realistic in trying to apply Western ideas on non-Western people.
28. Loving your country
David Raymond ,   Arad, Israel   (12.29.08)
It is clear that the extreme islamic groups here in Israel are a cancer to society and peaceful co-existance (if there is such a thing). It is up to the government, whether its Likud, Labour or Kadima to find a way to get rid of this tumour as soon as possible.
29. Terry #27
Avinoam ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (12.29.08)
I would like to know the source of your data. You seem to be quite convinced that the majority of Arabs identify with the Palestinians to a point which is irreconcilable. I may agree with you that the majority identify with the Palestinians, but if so I think that this is largely our own fault, and reconcilable. We hear one Arab (cunning enough to make it to Knesset, which usually says nothing good about his character) and suddenly we assume that he speaks for all Arabs? He probably doesn't even speak for his own constituency. I hate it when foreigners assume that all Israelis think one way or another because of some idiot they saw on TV. It's simply not true. The analogy is plain. I agree that integration is a problem. On this point I think Israel has a better chance than Europe. Our style of democracy doesn't shoot itself in the foot. Although sometimes we come pretty close. Now you talk about realism. So let's get serious. How about we each propose a plan and compare. You can evaluate the ramifications of expelling 20% of the population, while I will evaluate the required cost of assimilating them.
30. Mr. Tibi has to say these things
vered ,   israel   (12.29.08)
It is extremely regrettable that Israel had to harm civilians, but Hamas was hiding arsenal in peoples' homes! Hamas never cared about the Gazans, they never cared about anyone.
