During the Vietnam War, groups of Americans aided the koreans in being "tunnel rats". Often times they went into these tunnels, dressed to avoid scorpians, etc., and did not meet up with any VC. In the Warsaw Ghetto, the few brave fighters also had tunnels and bunkers..but the Krauts used flame throwers, heated oil, etc., to smoke them out, or simply kill them. B-52 raids over Vietnam resulted in breaking the ear drums of those in tunnels. Israel has a lot of weapons at it's disposal. But times it does actually help those caught and in fact rescues them. So it's a mixed bag. Israel must not back down until victory..or it will simply have to repeat this entire operation in the future..at much greater cost and risk. After all, Iran is 1 year from the bomb..and Hez is waiting for the opportune time to strike (again).

Which another country in the world continues to be silent for 8 years? Which country in the world delivers more humanitarian equipment, food & Medications attack Palestinians after the Hamas members? The problem is Hamas stealing them all the equipment and then sell them back... poor people there, but they chose Hamas. Which country in the world will put in time of war, children affected by it for medical treatment? Value of life for Jews is a top value, Hamas is sending children and women with explosives belts, then suddenly everyone surprised those innocent women and children? Eight years of Israeli women and children innocent casualties. Hamas kills with his own hands to the innocent women and children, Hamas destroys the image of the Palestinians and their chance to live in peace in the country of their own, stealing from them, threatening them, it's time that the Palestinians will realize- Hamas just kill them with his own hands. Without Hamas, peace was already a long time ago and all the Palestinians would continued to come and work in Israel and make a living with dignity, they are their own and their families. Sorry to say this but Gilad Shalit is dead. Apparantly he was killed in one of the airstrikes on the very first day of the war. This was on Al Jazeera and Al manar.
