It is good for once to see an Arab leader supporting Israel. If only more were like him. Personally I think its ridiculous that most of the Arab population do not serve in the IDF but get to be protected by it. (This does not include the Bedouins and Druze, most of whom do serve in the IDF.) Anyone, whether Jewish or Arab, who refuses to serve in the IDF without good reason should be considered a traitor and put in prison.
