The BBC have their 'Muqata' in Jerusalem, and don't give a damn to disseminate to or receive information in Hebrew from Israeli sources. When they need a translator, they find one. When there's an English language press conference hosted by the Foreign Ministry and the like, they send a crew. Other than that, all their information about Israel comes from second hand sources and Palestinians.
