Israel starves Gaza to get rid of their elected representatives. Hamas gets the message. The starvation hasn't stopped. So why should Hamas stop? perhaps we should show compassion to those caught in the war. perhaps we should wait and see what hamas does. perhaps they might agree to hold their fire and stop firing rockets at the south. Perhaps we should see what happens. Pressure will be put on hamas to stop and in the eyes of the world, our image may be lifted. A ceasefire might not be such a bad thing! As long as the IDF is in the Gaza Strip, Hamas have the right to resist..the presence of the IDF in the Gaza Strip in itself is a failure to show the world "restraint".
