2. Boycott For Life
Gad ben Shalom ,   Jerusalem Israel   (02.03.09)
Never Set A Foot In Turkey They Have Show Their True Colors
3. They don't miss Israelis, they miss our money.
Terry ,   Eilat, Israel   (02.03.09)
Turkey's Islamist PM made a strong case for avoiding Turkey. The reports of very nasty anti-Semitic incidents in Turkey should be a lesson to Israelis - travel to Muslim countries is a mistake. There are lots of nice travel destinations - no one needs Turkey.
4. Esters wellcome ! but Moshes no wellcome.
atilla karagözoğlu   (02.03.09)

They miss OUR MONEY.
9. The stupidity of leaders, ours and theirs
JPS ,   Efrat   (02.03.09)
Peres should have kept his mouth shut, as he does have a tendency to insult people in public forums (I witnessed a really ugly and embarrassing one at a previous economic forum when he insulted Arabs). Erdogan helped inflame the situation as well by losing his cool. The result is strained relations, Israelis who don't want to visit Turkey, and Turks who are hurt because of the missing Israelis. We feel the same pain when foreigners cancel their trips to Israel. Peres should swallow his pride, get on a plane, and go to Ankara to eat some humble pie. And despite his age he should take some remedial anger management training to make sure he doesn't stick his foot in his mouth again. As for Erdogan, dissing the Israelis does nothing for regional peace or Turkey's leadership role, and this article shows the damage it has done his own country.
10. Don't go to Turkey
Susan ,   Jerusalem   (02.03.09)
Well said #3. We should spend our well-saved shekels in our beautiful Israel.
11. Israeli tourists to Turkey
Ger ,   Raanana, Israel`   (02.03.09)
And the third reason is that Israelis are idiots. They insist upon going where they eventually run into difficulties, and then they expect Israel to get them back home.
12. I will go
Bil ,   london   (02.03.09)
Okay guys. I will replace you. I am taking the family to Turkey this summer.
13. We don't miss Israeli's
Libyan Guy ,   Italy   (02.03.09)
Better have honoest people rather then once that support the killing of children ... stay in your holy land of Israel.
14. #6
Libyan Guy ,   Italy   (02.03.09)

15. The Turkey has finally come home to roost
Zohan ,   Tel Aviv   (02.03.09)
Blame your beloved PM
16. Shoot me, I'm Kurdish
Noah ,   New York, NY   (02.03.09)
Erdogan has a lot of nerve criticizing Israel for Gaza, considering what his country has been doing to the Kurds for decades. Once again, a double standard against Jews.
17. Two Words, Turkeys, Not Shalom Aleichem
Brana Lobel ,   Israel   (02.03.09)
Antalya, source of Shabtai Tzvi supporters. These hoteliers don't vote? So they want our money, huh? Next time vote someone in who can retain good relations with Israel. The Israelis can vote with our feet. Bye bye!
18. I'm not interested
Yoel   (02.03.09)
I see no difference with arab countries, turkey, and some european countries. As long as there's a threat against jews, as long as some Tsahal's officers cannot feel free because they just protect us... we shoouldn't travel to any of those countries. Not only Turkey, but also Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, France, Germany, Switzerland,... all the places where I couldn't fell free walking outside with a Kippa.
19. # 3 100% correct
Stephanie ,   Israel   (02.03.09)
We have beautiful places to visit here in israel including the Dead Sea and Eilat. Israelis should spend their money on Blue & White.
20. atilla, typical turkish behaviour
yosi   (02.03.09)
What he says is your women is welcome not your men, typical mentality that sees women as sexual metas and sometimes slave even..
21. #3 are there any left?
Johanna ,   switzerland   (02.03.09)
are there ANY travel destinations left? Turkey always wanted you for your money. That is the whole idea of tourism: to make money- not to have a love-in with the tourists. Listening to TB on Ynet all the writers are only to quick at labeling any COUNTRY anti-semitic because a few thousand people out of millions DARE to say anything against Israel's policies. This has nothing whatsoever to do with the JEWS- people think of Israel as a country, not a community of 80% Jews- there are Christians Muslims, etc too- only you never mention them. For years Israel made it clear, that it does not need anybody- they have the USA to support it- everybody else: butt out.... now all of a sudden you see yourself alone. You hate Spain, you hate Switzerland, the French are no good, let's not forget the British, the Belgians, the Dutch, and of course the Germans. Sooner or later you are going to be totally isolated within your wall- you asked for it.
22. Simple question.
Joo ,   Eurabia   (02.03.09)
How many Turks are visiting Israel? Don't have a numbers in hand, but somehow feel that not many. I's time to stop funding the Islamists states as Turkey today.
23. When the Turks insult Israel they insult the Jews of America
Frank ,   USA   (02.03.09)
We are watching every Turkish move now! They will be consequences.
24. Crocodile tears
Sammy ,   TA   (02.03.09)
Hit 'em where they live, in their wallets.
25. GOOD! (You mean you miss our money) BUH-bye.
(02.03.09)
26. Why don't the PRO-ISRAELI Turks go on TV and on streets?
The Doc ,   Haifa, Israel   (02.03.09)
They shouldn't call us to come back - they should talk to their own politicians and compatriots to stop the incitement and racism against Israel and improve the VISIBLE atmosphere there. They should remove the racist and libelous slogans along the main highways. They should force businesses with "No Israelis served" signs to remove them and stop their racist discrimination. When the atmosphere is better, and we will feel welcome again, Israelis will return!
27. #21 Hate is YOUR specialty "Johanna", not ours!
The Doc ,   Haifa, Israel   (02.03.09)
How many violent (or whatever) demonstrations have you seen in Israel agaist Spain, Switzerland, France, UK, Belgians, Dutch and Germany? NONE! On the other hand, in ALL THESE COUNTRIES you held countless anti-Isreal violent demonstrations and buycotts. The printed and electronic media is full of incitement and libelous "reports" against Israel. So hatred is something you've been nurturing at your end Johanna! YOU HATE US and we're making it clear that we won't go where we are not wanted. You made it plenty clear that we are not wanted in your country so we don't go. Hatred is NOT our reason for not visiting your country anymore. But HATRED and RACISM is YOUR reason for not welcoming us there. Using the same lame excuse that criticizing Isreal is not anti-Semitims does NOT work! When you criticize and demonize ONLY Israel and support terrorism against it, this IS RACISM and ANTI-SEMITISM. Don't try to beautify your visceral, innate hatred against Jews. Once you said "Jews go to Palestine" and now you bark "Jews leave Palestine"... It is ALL ABOUT JEWS - don't try to deny it! Shame on YOU!
28. JPS #9 - Are you for real???
Chaya ,   Bat Yam   (02.03.09)
Pres. Peres should have kept his mouth shut?? With all the lies being told about us??? He should go to Anakara and "eat humble pie???" You sound like a Galut Jew - don't offend the Goyim!!! I am very proud of what the President said!!
29. #21 Johanna, Switzerland.
Terry ,   Eilat, Israel   (02.03.09)
I used to go to Switzerland fairly often. It's very clean, you have very nice banks. But, it was boring & the people not particularly friendly. It's a big world out there & Israel is not as isolated as you would like to believe. Most of S. America is very nice, especially Brazil & Columbia. I'll take a pass on Venezuela however. India, Thailand, The Philipines, Vietnam, China, Japan, all are great vacations as is most of Asia except Malaysia & Indonesia. America, Canada, & Mexico have a lot to offer as well. I'll take a pass on Europe generally - except for some good shopping & old monuments to former greatness, I could live without it. It's just not what it once was. Personally, I think you're just an anti-Semite at heart - hiding it behind anti-Israel statements - but, hey, that's not unusual in Europe. We're far from being isolated.
30. #13, I doubt many Israelis go to Libya
Danny   (02.03.09)
if we want to go to a barren wasteland we can visit Sinai
