1. Ehud Barak: ''Our deterrence is intact"

Someone send Mr Barak a dictionary, he seemingly does not know the meaning of the word ''deterrence'' - it's obviously a hard concept for him to understand.
If missiles are still fired at us from Gaza, then our deterrence is not intact. Bombing empty buildings & open fields is not a response.
Elections are coming up next week & we are faced with some really poor choices. The absolute ridiculousness of our choices was the news that Netanyahu would keep Barak as DM. I would call this astounding to put it mildly.
We are in bigger trouble than most voters imagine.

All our parties are do-nothing and/or corrupt. Before you vote Mahal, remember that it was Bibi who gave back Hebron, got us into an economic mess we still can't get out of, and is your usual self-seeking politician. Anyone who thinks we will be better off with Bibi in charge should take a good look at history.

5. Retaliate ?

They can't retaliate now, send in troops and strike by air force. They need this week for every able bodied Israeli to be at home for their vote.
Patience - this too shall pass and we shall, as always, overcome it.

A sincerely bizarre statement from Barak.
