61. #54 GR; Meant Out Of Kindness
Brana Lobel ,   Israel   (02.15.09)
but if you can't see that, it's your problem. You'd better find out what you don't know by yourself.
62. #2Ethnic cleansing in France
Raphael ,   Netanya   (02.15.09)
So Yakub Hovland approves the french muslim "patriots" striving to get rid of the jewish 5th column in France? Very clever! Guess where they will take shelter? If Arabs want judenfrei arab countries (including France, 23rd member of the Arab League), what do you object to transfer antisemitic Arabs out of Israel?
63. Kindness, I am sure
Gideon Reader   (02.15.09)
#61 Brana Lobel I am sure you are being kind. I, however am not particularly into "Cryptic". I will have to forgo the "unknown wonders" of missed knowledge. And that is said in the kindness possible way. Whatever you are nattering on about. And have a nice day.
64. Lessons in history, #43?
Cameron ,   USA   (02.16.09)
I always have to smile when Europeans snivel about the fate of Indians in America. Note, Euro-twit, that your nation, and other European states, are directly responsible for starting the centuries-old process of expansion, colonization, and imperialism. The US is a product & offspring of European patterns of mindset and behavior. Consider the fate of the American Indians as a key component of our European heritage. We applied ourselves by watching the methodology and agenda that Europeans were carrying out all over the planet, murdering & stepping on native peoples for centuries in the name of power and profit. Should I honestly feel any more guilty for the course of American history than the Dutch do for raping the lands of Indonesia, the Belgians for their behavior in the Congo, the Russians for the violent expansion of their Czarist empire, or the Muslims for their long tradition of enslaving Hindus and looting & burning Hindu cities? What a weak, decadent, indolent lot you Europeans have degenerated into. Hardly surprised the Arabs are slapping you around on your own streets, telling you what to say and think, and taking your lands & birth-right away from you. The Yanks won't be coming to save you from yet another disaster of your own making. Oh no, not this time, Europa.
65. To #2 Collective punishment is illegal ...
EST ,   Miami USA   (02.16.09)
But how kind of you to remind us how you guys work ... By the way, if you were so concerned for people you wouldn't wish others to suffer but try to figure a way to stop all suffering. On another note why is it that Arabs want to force Israel to keep them rather than go to where their brothers are? Maybe because education and the standard of living and respect for human life is much better in Israel than under their own leaders????The zionist agenda has always had one objective: a Jewish state and Judaism is a way of life which we don't impose on others. You have twentysomething Muslim countries ... and counting , because world dominion by Islam is an islamic goal preached many a Friday in the mosques worldwide ... no secret there. Maybe you are the Karma to an anti-Semitic world before it implodes ...

Palestinian suffering is due to their leaders. They were given billions in foreign countries taxpayers money over the years...most of it in Arafat's personal accounts...where? in FRANCE! They asked for land..which wasn't theirs to begin with, no other country - not even their religious brethen, will accept them and let them have regular citizen's rights (i.e. not allowing them or their Lebanese born children to own land in Lebanon) and Israel gave them Gaza ... their elected leaders aimed thousands of rockets at Israeli children. So pleeeeeeeaze, spare me your un-righteous cries for the rights of the Palestinians...they suffer because it is politically expedient for their leaders and the other Muslim countries'leaders to let them wallow in misery and keep them uneducated and hopeless.
67. anti-semitism in France
aramkr ,   ny   (02.16.09)
French Jews should start applying for asylum in the US. That should put a spotlight where it belongs. Maybe the French can be humiliated into action.
68. French anti-semitism
aramkr ,   ny   (02.16.09)
French Jews should start seeking asylum in the US. That would put a spotlight right where it belongs. Maybe the French can be humiliated into standing up.

glenn ,   new bern ,usa   (02.16.09)
i think its nice that morocco would welcome jews back , i have a friend from paris who is moroccan, jewish , and she has told me the stories, but I think that Israel is the place right now , build Israel first make it strong so that it is always secure and it's the base for the jewish people and then branch out, why should more people go to morocco and possibly loose thier lives . G-D forbid and /or the lives of loved ones , it's time , as it has been for some time to focus and support Israel whole heartedly.

Thank you Messr. Sarkozy for your lecturing Israel in the Jewish state. Once more: thank you - we won't forget, nor forgive!

Brad ,   USA   (02.23.09)
If the article is BS, what are you doing in Israel, instead of France? I'll bet you won't return. You actually hit the nail on the head. France has a high population of muslims, and therefore a high population of problems. Where do muslims actually get along with non-muslims, when the muslim population is high? Nowhere!

it is much too dangerous a situation in many cities.the pushing is becoming shoving and then comes beatings and rape and then....

Not Israel, but the palestinian leaders democratically elected in Gaza, are those who terrorize their own people. It is a Jihad. They are not interested in creating a state, they wish to destroy a state. After Israel left Gaza, the palestinians could have establishet a palestinian state in Gaza, and later in the west bank. Their behavior,is a matter for psychologists to study. At 60 the palestinians still beg for alms as orphans. The eternal orphans.

I am not sure where you find all those articles- just last week there was one telling the contrary on Ynet- anti- semitism was less in 2008 than before....who makes those statistics?... this gang also targeted 'other people' - so it wasn't strictly Jews- they wanted money and were going to get it from anybody who looked rich...the young man was unlucky. If push comes to shove, those thugs would kidnap and/or kill any man or woman to get money for drugs etc... I doubt very much that this was a political or racist crime. However, there is no excuse and there should be no mercy- they are animals. And just look at what they do in their own countries- killing their own people? I think French, Christians and Jews, and others, should avoid riots and demonstrations- this is common sense....why would Mr. Ben-Haim even mention this? Question: Do you personally think Spain or any Med. country along the coast, should send back the ones that arrive in rickety boats asking for asylum? There is much talk about the increase in muslim and Arab population in Europe: I am curious to find out if, apart from condemning and ridiculing 'Eurabia, if anybody in this illustrious TB has an idea or suggestion that does not involve killing?.... I am serious...in the past months I have followed the TBs- there have not been many suggestions that can be implemented...in the long run- inviting all Jews in the world to make aliah and settle in Israel is not do-able either- Israel is too small and does not have enough resources for all....unless you are planing to extend the territory quite substantially. I am looking forward to hearing your responses.
76. #37 stop
Lisa   (04.29.09)
stop the fear mongering - not all Jews want to 'come home'- have you ever thought what would happen if all the Jews in the diaspora decided to make aliah next months? No?- You are very patriotic I am sure-so are Jews who live in European countries etc. This TB is counter productive- running away is not solving much. Europe is no more dangerous to live in than let's say, Sderot- with a lot less security guards and road blocks...when was the last time you were in Europe and were frisked or attacked by anybody? I live in Europe, I do not attend demonstrations, riots, do not go out alone in the middle of the night to isolated places- neither in Europe nor America is or was this ever a good idea- . Unless you want to live alone on a desert island- there is always a certain risk anywhere. I read Ynet and other Israeli papers- heck... your country is no safer than any other.
