International Law does not recognize Judea, Samaria and Gaza as "occupied" but rather as "Res Nullius" - "No Man's Land" - because in modern days, the Jewish state has not annexed the territories, Jordan has no claims on Judea and Samaria and Egypt has no claims on Gaza and no "Palestinian" state existed in 1967, 1948, 100, 500, 1000, 5000 years ago or 4 billion years ago, so therefore Israel is not "occupying" anything. It stands to reason that the Arab population is hostile and anti-Semitic and they drain the hearts, energy and resources of Israel - violating our historical homeland and posing a demographic and territorial-strategical threat to our existence - which is the very purpose to the existence of PLO and "Palestinians". Liberman, Netanyahu and Livni may try to appease the world and give away land for political reasons rather than for legal, moral and historical reasons and Lieberman may wish to redraw the border to maximize Jews and maximize land and cede minimal territory with maximum amount of Arabs to have pretty safe borders with an overwhelming majority of Jews - it's good as a starters. But, the sad truth is that Arabs will always hate Israel and always use violence against Israel, so it doesn't really matter if Israel does what Lieberman wants - the threat on the other side of the border will always be there - their intentions to destroy us with rewriting of 4000 years of Jewish history, boycotts or urging the world to boycott us, directing terrorist attacks on us and violating our territorial integrity and attacking our citizens -will result in - unavoidably - in Israel having to destroy the Arab enemy in Gaza, Judea and Samaria and annex the lands.
