The people whom you label 'Arabs' are Muslims (Shiia & Sunni), Allawis, Druze, Christians and yes, even Jews who are still living in "Arab" lands. But then why should "Arabs" be loyal to Israel? Jews that lived in Arab lands and adopted the Arabic language were not and were not regarged as Arabs. The traditional name for such Jews was , "Musta'arabi" : Arabized. A similar name was given to the Spanish Christians who lived under Arab rule and used Arabic language: "Mozarabes" The Egyptian Christians were always called "Copts" and the Christians of the Levant were usually called "Syrians", not Arabs.
