I think both Palestinians and Israelis need to change their laws: Israel to declare that the "greater Israel-idea" is a hostile and fascist idea and therefore forbidden and PA: to forbid any party that does not recognize Israel and its legitimate borders, or inciting to attack Israeli objects. If the PA did what you recommend, there would be no PA. There are no parties in the Palestinian camp that recognize Israel or its borders. You may not like it, but it's reality.
