The civilized world would rather see a civilized city properly managed and united than a collection of slums and filth as it once was under Jordanian and Palestinian "management"... my father traveled from Lebanon twice in the early 60s to visit the Eastern part of Jerusalem occupied by Arab hordes AND WAS APPALED AT THE WAY LOCAL RESIDENTS TREATED PILGRIMS… Israel is part of Biblical Israel and should remain so forever… Making it the capital of today’s Israel is a different issue and I don’t see a problem in it…

9,000 Jews are expelled from their legally built, safely built homes and the world cheers "throw the Jews out!" A few illegally built, unsafe homes are demolished and the world screams at Israel "why do you hurt those poor Arabs?" Over 50 member states of the League of Nations in 1922, agreed in the Mandate of Palestine agreement that Jews have the right to settle anywhere west of the Jordan River. Did France take over Paris from the Germans? Did Britain fight to keep the Germans out of London? Did Greece take over Athens from the Germans? Israel takes over its capital of Jerusalem? So why should Jews be discriminated against and not have control of our own capital? Saudi Arabia has control of Riyadh. Syria has control of Damascus. Jordan has control of Amman.
