This was the first informative article I have read about NK. Kudos for making it totally clear that this is not your regular frum guy. They are totally off the wall. The most hilarious part was ZAKA which is frum men - yet still heretical in their crazy eyes.

Many, if not most, of us Hareidim consider the NK to be a fringe wierdo group. Please do not equate Hareidi with NK!!! It is SO insulting. Whether or not they agree with the STATE of Israel (and sorry #6, but much as I dislike them, they are consistent and do NOT accept Israel's tax money/benefits), we are still a country of JEWS. Anyone who will deliberately take a stance against the safety and welfare of their fellow Jews and actually rally with and stand beside our would-be killers and enemies......one does have to wonder what the creator must think of them (?!?!?!).

You need to go through Giyur:the process of becoming orthodox jew. This includs circumcision, and tight observation on how you keep jewish laws(Shabbat, Kosher food). Being a neturei karta member, most day you'll have to stydy in the Yeshiva all the Jewish scripture-and there are tons of it. Youll have to follow many rules, for every minute and event in your life there are rules that guide you.So reconsider.

I have seen condemnations and criticisms of NK from other Haredi factions, but never any evidence of an excommunication or 'Cherem'. NK members continue to receive financial contributions and assistance from other Haredi groups. Why should they be expected to change their ways when they are treated with kid gloves?

One of the Neturei Karta who attended a Holocaust denial conference in Iran returned to his native Vienna. Upon his return he was told that his kids were no longer welcome in the orthodox school.
