9. # 1 Its because of people like you he was adopted
Avi ,   Rannana   (03.10.09)
Its exactly because of homophobic people like you that this young man was disowned by his natural family in the first place due to the simple fact he is gay. Uzi and Amit who i have the pleasure of having met are two of the most wonderful caring people i have ever come across. Well done to both of them in persuing their rights! A GREAT VICTORY!
10. Really sad
David Hartman ,   Raleigh, NC   (03.10.09)
Whether or not these two gay men *love* this kid is irrelevant. It is unfortunate that liberal courts allow unnatural relationships such as these to further taint society.

18. Commendable, Israel at least respects gays
Nour ,   Palestine   (03.10.09)
The PA and Arab countries have a lot to learn, in terms of accepting their minorities and treating them like human beings! Occupation and apartheid aside, kudos to Israel. Palestine and israel pride should unite, the parade in Jerusalem should attract gay Arabs oppressed in their countries.
19. Israel is a democracy! A real prove!
Gabriel ,   Budapest, Hungary   (03.10.09)

28. #19, Gabriel. Thank you very much!
True Patriot ,   Israel   (03.10.09)
I feel very proud of our country when I think about son sitting on the knees of father and the father sitting on the knees of one more father. Such wonderfull unity and a perfect harmony of family values make us very strong!
29. Gay couple adopts
Will Edwards ,   Dallas TX   (03.10.09)
I am shocked at reading this. What about the Mitzvot against such unions let alone adoption by such? This hypocrasy will destroy Israel! Haven't we learned this over the centuries? I must convert to Judaism because my mother wasn't pure enough according to Israeli standards, but an openly homosexual couple, expressly forbidden by Torah, is allowed to flourish within the boundaries of Israel and adopt. I am not voicing a condemnation of any Jew. I let G-d make those choices. The blatant disregard for the instruction from G-d made public only shames good observant Jews and brings about condemnation from G-d for such an open violation of Torah. I am not advocating discipline or old Temple justice, but a recognition of this evil for what it is and a censure of such an openly public view. Please consider during this celebration of Purim, that G-d saved us to live as prescribed, not to violate the basic standards of Judaism. I celebrate the salvation of Judaism and you report the destruction of it.
30. An open society ! Great
Charles ,   Petach Tikva   (03.10.09)
A University Professor who is openly homosexual and a homosexual Doctor adopt a Gay son , not only de facto , but by the law . That can not occur in a attarded country where the citizens are seen only as "subjects" but not as HUMANS . Great to hear it .
