The painful truth is that the acts of violence and barbarism occurring at present in the Arb world are nothing but the natural consequence of generations of Muslims having been misled and force-fed speeches like the this one, given by the bonehead Nasrallah, filled with hostility and hatred for others over the course of decades, which deepened the backwardness and the ignorance in the Islamic world. But the blame rests only in themselves. The Arb League has never once convened an Arb summit to discuss the backward state of education in the Arab world and therein lies the problem. The sad truth is that the fantasies portrayed in Arbian Nights have long since become an Arbian nightmare because the Arb world has no real consensual governments; statism and tribalism hamper market economics and ensure stagnation. Sexual apartheid, Islamic fundamentalism, the absence of an independent judiciary, and a censored press all do their part to ensure endemic poverty, rampant corruption and rising resentment among an exploding population. By any standard that matters in the modern world - economic development, job creation, literacy, education, scientific achievement, political freedom and respect for human rights the Arb World is falling behind the most underdeveloped nations. For the Arb world, the status quo is no longer sustainable and time is not on its side. The Salafi and Shiite jihadists are gaining strength in Egypt, Syria, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon, Iran, Bahrain, F. Arbia, Iraq, Kuwait, Yemen, Sudan. Algeria and in the Fakestinian territories and warn that an apocalyptic Armageddon between the Muslim world and the West is approaching. Whether moderate Muslim intellectuals and Western-educated Muslim technocrats will be able to bring on an Islamic Renaissance before rising radical Islam draws them into an unwinnable nuclear confrontation remains to be seen. Their success in doing so is by no means assured.

Israel has tried many time but failed to destroy or weaken Hezbollah. Lets face it, Israel is incompitent. How on earth can a manjor military power like Israel not get rid of its bitter enemy in the north. It only shows that Hezbollah with Iranian money and weapons is powerful enough to hurt Israel whenever it choses. Last year we say the dreadful scenes when Israeli soldiers kidnapped by Hezbollah were returned in coffins. And to rub salt into the wound, Israel was forced to release a convited killer Samir Kuntar in this grusome exchange. Many papers saw this as end of Israel and rise of Hezbollah. I think its best Israel stop pretending it can get rid of Hezbollah in Lebanon. It should make peace with the group and not lay condition in peace talks with its enemies. I dont care much about politics in the Middle East, but which ever side you may be on, you cant help but admire a man like Hassan Nasrallah. He is a journalist. His writing is clear; he is literate; and, he is exceedingly informed about the history of Islam since its inception. He differentiates between the "Islamic State" and the "State of Islam". He openly admits that current radical Islamists blame all the troubles of Muslim people on others, that they lack insight and do not take responsibility for the current state of their own people and governments. Their thinking is always backwards, glorifying a goldern period of Islam which, in reality, never existed. The book was published by Wiley, 2008.

There is nothing brave or formidable about this terrorist. There is nothing brave or formidable in entrentching Hizbollah bases within civilians, and shooting from there, with the purpose of sacrificing these civilians when Israel retaliates (and celebrating in the media how "Israel kills children").
