Exactly how much force is excessive when a bunch of foreigners descend upon YOUR country with the express purpose of fomenting dissent, encouraging less than peaceful demonstrations, rock-throwing, tire-burning thereby forcing the country to go to great expense to deploy additional police and armed troops?
