Hey ghostq, Paliwood is live and well. Palis have been known to produce lots of popular mass distribution filmwork. Take for example the one they produced with the help of France Chanel 2 (Al Dura story.) And in Jenin itself.. that "massacre" was a 1st. rate Paliwood production. Too bad about the music school though. Imagine if they could get a good violin section going how even more effective thier film productions would be.
3. surprised?

Shoud we be? Barbarians, middle ages, and our stupid politicians call them peace partners.
4. guns are ok, violins not?
nicole ,   israel   (03.18.09)
these fundamentalists need to be stopped. it is they that are holding back their own people from reaching their potential to become positive contributing citizens of the civilized world. publicize this story in the other msm outlets to show the world what civilization is facing.
5. That's the way they express their love for music!
Daniel ,   Israel   (03.18.09)
6. How do you know these criminals were music-haters?
George ,   Newark   (03.18.09)
Maybe they were progressives who love music? I'm just saying, not everybody likes living next-door to an Arabic music school. Police should question the neighbors. It's like if a limburger cheese factory was burned down by an arsonist, the main suspects aren't necessarily people who are lactose intolerant.
7. To those who ask when will there be peace between...
Etoile ,   Montreal, Canada   (03.19.09)
Israel and the Arabs, I have a simple question in return. When will there be peace between Arabs and Arabs?
8. excuse me
nr ,   los angeles, usa   (03.19.09)
but is there any reason why these fundamentalists can't be referred to as Hamas or hold on to your hats - Muslim extremists?
9. #6 you forget one of the main views of Fundamentalism....
Aaron ,   SF, USA   (03.18.09)
...regarding music.
10. #6 - George, You assume Jenin is a multicultural metropolis
Joe ,   Ramat Gan   (03.18.09)
You assume Jenin is a multicultural metropolis filled with people and political beliefs that represent all corners of the world. You assume too much, my friend- in keeping with your analogy, this limburger cheese factory was burned down in a city filled with lactose-intolerant people... PS- Music is forbidden in Islam, just in case you didn't know.
11. forbbidden music is

islam was a more tolerant religion then than it is now.
14. Why do Arbs need music if the enjoy hating Jews?
