The only TBs I have ever read supporting the targeting and killing of civilians is from anti-Israelis, which makes sense given the Palestinians and Hizbollah almost solely target civilians. What I do see is that people have tried to explain why civilians get killed and hurt in the wars that Israel is forced to fight. Hamas openly boasts about using civilians as a shield. It openly uses civilian installations such as schools, homes, mosques, ambulances and hospitals for military actions - there is copious evidence to show this. Lets see what is being claimed: A family is sitting in a room. One man is talking to his father when a smoke shell - which explodes in the air - happens to hit the father in the head - from a distance of several miles hit a target maybe 20cm diameter and takes it clean off.
