It is a real boon that the Arab League has again reiterated its commitment to a full peace with Israel on the basis of its historic 2002 peace offer, which promises the regional isolation of Hamas and Hizbollah.
The Obama administration is already giving strong signs that it is willing to accept the offer as a basis for progress on bilateral peace negotiations with the PA and Syrians. Israel would do well to do the same.
