31. Maybe if Hamas didn't hide weapons in schools and hospitals.

32. All of these maybes is what determines Arab value of life

These nincapoops would rather go to war against a sovereign, legitimate country then build their own state and nation in their legitimate home, Jordan. But it is only because Jordan is ruled by an oppressive minority monarchy. Let the Palestinians go home! then we can finally have peace! Israel doesn't want to engage in these wars, but we can not stand idly by while our diverse population is threatened.

You lacked the proper argument to defend your point and so you went on a silly personal attack on Mahmood. Grow up Brian and admit when you are beat!

that would be a false trichotomy.it isnt a choice of the UN, Hamas or the IDF investigating. you see all of those parties have a claim regarding the conflict, so none of them could be independent. a committee of uninvolved independent investigators with no vested interest in the conflict. simple really. naturally they would probably all turn out to be "anti-semites" or in the event of them being jews, "self-hating jews" if they said anything other than that israel is the greatest, strongest, fairest [insert other sycophantic adjectives here] country in the world. if the idf is so confident that they did nothing but a few "mistakes", let them submit themselves to an independent inquiry.
35. Maybes? Israel has no respect for non jews

I suppose handing out T-shirts encouraging soldiers to shoot pregnant women is your idea of sporting! Palestinians are already home, Aaron. They didn't just materialise one day in Palestine. They were living there for centuries before Israel even came into existence. It is the policies of oppression that have been adopted by Israel that makes it a target. If Israel built one school in Palestine for Palestinians for every school it builds in Israel...now thats a revolutionary thought. Think about that. Walk a mile with your neighbour and look him in the eye without prejudice, give him hope and you may just get him to talk peace properly. Build ghettos and deny them hope and expect peace. What planet are you living on?
36. Maybe if you didn't renege on your promises
the devil you know ,   London, UK   (04.23.09)
What borders?, The ones hardliners keep changing and making smaller and smaller. And all these illegal settlements are fine and dandy? But of course they are Jews live there! Would Israel stomach for even one second a new Palestinian settlement springing up near Jerusalem. Nah didn't think so.
37. No?! The IDF made mistakes?
daniel   (04.24.09)
How is that possible?? I thought Jews were superhuman and that's why everybody is expecting them to behave in ways they themselves would not. But hey, if Jews are not superhuman, then a mistake is really a mistake. That can't be? There won't be anything left to blame Israel for!!! Ok, so I guess that is why Jews must be superhuman, so that they can't make mistakes and if they do we can suggest they did it on purpose and its a warcrime. Ok?
