As for Bolivian officials: *Chabad Rurrenabaque was a business without a license *They operated a restaurant Without the proper licenses *The location violated Fire codes *The location violated sanitary codes As per officials the people who ran said facility received a few warnings that they are violating codes . Chabad is blaming the Bolivian authorities for antisemitism ,While they were operating a restaurant without the proper permits. The closure of the restaurant was not antisemitism but for violating codes. Chabad should not make false accusation to caver their wrongdoings

Rurrenabaque is a community far from the capital of Bolivia, and I don't know how much recourse Chabad could have there.
