I would be happy to lease land in Hawaii. It sounds like an awesome, creative peace plan.

Hawaii may look like a tropical paradise, but it's not easy to maintain the type of lifestyle most people associate with the U.S. because of the fact that virtually everything has to be imported from the mainland making Hawaii a very expensive place to live. But if money's not an object, then go for it.
