Letting homosexual Pals into Israel for asylum is an act of kindness but what will be the long-term result? Many currently sneak into Israel to take part in the Gay Pride parades but don't dare expose themselves or their name for fear of retribution by their own family, their neighbors. If they get asylum in Israel, they will be outed, lose any chance to see their family again, and their family might be threatened. So who did it help? The world must work to bring coexistence to the Arab mindset not take in everyone the Arabs deem unworthy to life - gays, infirmed, non-Arab, B'hai, etc.

How many thousands of gay palestinians are there right now? What about lesbians or even straight people who are being persecuted for some reason conected to sexuality? I don't get it. The Koran prohibits homosexuality and ask any Arab leader--there are no homsexual Moslems. Besides-even if they were they would be allowed total freedom of choice! If you want governments to stop persecuting their gay population then you don't say Israel should take in the gay palestinians because they are being persecuted because of their sexuality. The message that sends is don't persecute your gay population send them to Israel which will accept anybody who is gay and being persecuted. Ahmadinijad claims there are not gays in Iran, .. he would be right becase he would have had them all rounded up and sent to Israel. If there is a backdoor to dealing with the problem in the form of a place for unwanted gays to go then they will take it, they won't change their attitudes just pass on the problem.

Gay Jews are welcome in Israel

We (Israel) have enough to do to support Jews emigrating (and sometimes fleeing) from their own countries into Israel. Also, it's unwise to let the Arab countries off the hook. Let's give them as many reasons as we can to evolve into democratic republics. Accepting their own kind, including their homosexual populations, would be a start.

We should bring all gays from all muslim countries! This way there will be no need for "the right of return". The country will be swamped with muslim gays and we can hold marches 24/7. It'll be a riot!
