Across cultures, something like 4% of adults are innately gay. Can Israel absorb 4% of the residents of the PA? No! And how about if you start counting, for example, all the men who've experienced gay sex, which in Arab societies (in which boys grow up without access to girls) is not exactly uncommon? It's as impossible to grant sanctuary to all the gays as it is to grant sanctuary to all the Palestinian women whose husbands beat them, there are simply too many. Yes, honor killing of gays is a terrible problem, but the solution is for human rights groups to stop obsessing over supposed Israeli crimes and start putting some energy into saving gay Arabs from police & gang abuse and honor killings.
