quality coaching realy can coach the the right students to be the best soldiers no everybody can be a good fighter , even when the wrong people is going to fight they make this very wrong and the result is wrong we must spend years to educate good fighters, again, no everybody can be educated to be a good soldier, but they can be the best in another field.
