There are wholly Arab neighborhoods, like Abu Dis and Jabal Mukabir, that could be formed into a Palestinian Al Kuds (Jerusalem). When Bibi was PM in the first go around he was ready to give parts of Jerusalem as part of the peace agreement. He was not going to give up the old city but abu dis and the like he was prepared to give. If I gave most Israelis the keys to my car and told them to drive to some of these areas like Abu Dis they will not even know where to go. Most Israelis have never been to most of East Jerusalem (other than the Kotel), will never miss it and will never know if it is gone. I am personally against a PA state anywhere but to be FOR a PA state but not in East Jerusalem is quite dumb.
