The regulation you're referring to are very dense street protests. At Bilin they are not that dense thus use of tear gas is permitted. The real question here is How are these people allowed to enter a closed military zone, AND to use violence, and expect not to get hurt? It's not the IDF's fault here but the protesters. It's why I don't play on the highway, but your ilk never learn. Or maybe they do learn....none of the Leftists or foreigners seem to travel to other world hotspots, knowing that one step out of line would mean their disappearance..yet at the soft hands of the IDF....perhaps they do learn after all.
