Here we seem to deal with more than strange human specimen, to start with the “…confess murder…”, Yihya Farkhan, and an unnamed women, an accessory to murder and an “…unusual…” police investigations crews and Israel prison personnel so far. The imprisoned Yihya Farkhan is reported to have killed his prison cell companion 4 years ago, also of having killed all additional, admitted murders by his bare hands. At the same time he also confessed to the attempted miscarried – by poison of his sister –, to safe “…family honor…”.- Also he admitted rape and murder trial of a Tiberias female who manage to escape alive All these admitted crimes must have been unsolved over years and years until this tip reached the police some weeks ago and caused reopening of the Bennett murder case investigation, which released him some 6 years ago owing to lack of evidence. “…Murder for the Sake of Murder…” the police describes Farkhan n o w ! Farkhan’s made up / personality / behavior etc. should have been recognized / observed during his investigation / trial which landed him in jail years ago.- His cellmates accepted suicide and now murder by Farkhan also should have revealed his “…criminal / sick personality including possible police observation and by prison personnel should have revealed a disturbed and somewhat unusual personality.- The police gag order in this case needs further explanations by the police his difficult to understand under prescribed circumstances, which lead with all the other questions to, are we again in for another northern police case of “…confessed murder…” ?

No country should have to support serial killers.

Of course we have to abide by the rules of being "humane" and in our case being humane is letting killers get away with while the victims or their survivors suffer! This is the EU way and we have adopted it. In Britain they let the boy murderers of little Jamie Bulger out of jail when they turned 18 due to an EU Appeals Court on Human Rights decision. These boys brutalized little Jamie, sexually assaulted him, burnt him with cigarettes and then placed him on a railway line and the next train did the rest! They now live free in Australia! A short while ago I was watching Channel 2's First Edition News. Oren Weigenfeld interviewed retired Divisional Police Commissioner, Yossi Sedbon, who was a full of praise for the Northern Division on their finding of the Dana's body and the arrest. Of course they did not find her; they were told by a third party, allegedly the murderer's wife, where the body was. Sedborn was taken aback when Oren Weigenfeld asked him why praise for letting a serial killer wander around, kill and rape for 14 years! Sedbon then expounded numerous reasons why her body had not been found before. The fact is the police did NOT look properly! Here lies the problem. The police are so entrenched in their ways that they cannot nor will not see any fault in their system. Of course, Talula, I would never sanction that sort of punishment although it would be a fitting one and probably be justified as such in the Book of Leviticus, but I was making a point about the injustice of the Israeli Justice System and sometimes we have to use harsh statements to wake people up! Unfortunately Mr. Israel Israeli is far too apathetic to do anything about our lazy judges, prosecutors and policemen and how many of our politicians actually read talkbacks? I am certain though that none of them read talkbacks in English and those who read the occasional one in Hebrew on Ynet or Ma'ariv probably don't care a damn about what the public thinks! We elected them and we must live with that. They know that only too well.

I think its about time we took a good long hard look at our so called police force. one of the people murderd was done in right under there noses,inside a police cell. this tells me that our keastone cops could not , and probarbly never will be professional enough to fight orginized crime here in Israel. Maby we should hire a police force from another country to do what we cannot .after all we have workers from all over the world doing most of our shitty jobs so why not ? I am ashamed to say that i live in a civilized country.

I just read your post and googled where a deranged Jewish man did in fact murder an Arab driver but it happened several years ago not in 2009,and where an Israeli soldier murdered a young Palestinian man in the horrific manner you described in 2002, but I could not find where a Jewish mob stabbed a 7 year old Palestinian boy in 2005. If you did you would not make ignorant PC moral equivalency comments such as your post. The fact is, and you can check this by reading any number of reputable sites with reputable translations, that much Arab culture is a culture of death and violence, not to mention kidnapping and torture, toward the Jews, to women, to children, and to animals. In extremely sharp contrast, Jewish culture emphasizes caring for people, protecting children, being "nice" to people (some police notwithstanding), giving, and in religious Judaism the taking of life is a very negative thing, even when there is complete justification. These two cultures while they may have come from the same general geographic area went in two totally different moral and spiritual directions. Look at this poor murdered girl.
