In Iran they are overpopulated, and they don't care about their own people. Kal Vahomer, I think they won't care abouot palestinians. In principle, I don't see anything wrong with selective buying: refusing to buy from certain people or businesses. Many liberals won't buy from companies whose products are manufactured in sweatshops in poor countries. I'm betting from your usage of language ("Settler-Jugend", "racist ideology") you have either refused to buy sweatshop products in the past or can sympathize with the idea. Historically (ancient and modern), most countries would like to see Israel fall, so that boy wearing the t-shirt and his family are probably protesting that. If that is what he and his family are doing, I wish them well.
