This is a very badly written "report". It does not say what is on the site now; nor when -if ever - there was a cemetery. Do land records show it ever was a cemetery ?When was the site last used for burial ? Islam law declares place can be used for other purposes if no burial in prior 30 years. If we don't respect their holy sites we should not expect our holy sites to be respected. What would happen if a hotel was built on the site of a Jewish cemetary in Warsaw?

Old disused cemeteries are used for new projects all over the world, they dig up the body and rebury it elsewhere. If peace means that in our own country we a bunch of sheiks can decided what we are or are not allowed to do with our land then peace is a price to high.
