There is a gap of information about east jerusalem from the Arab nations. According to Israel East jerusalemites are " Palestinian Arab residents of Israel" holding Israeli travel documents, and no Israeli Passports. The Arab nations should understand that because East jerusalem is under Israeli control, it s main Arab/Palestinian residents hold Israeli IDs but do not hold the nationality. So by law we are not Israelis, we are just residents. It would be great if East jerusalemites could get issued with Palestinian passports.

Israeli passport gives you visa-free travel to all countries in Europe, including most of eastern Europe and even Russia, Most of South America, Canada, Asia, New Zealand. I hold an Australian passport in addition to Israeli one and visa- free travel with Australian passport is virtually the same except for Arab countries of course. In comparison, for the argument sake, even Jordanian passport holders need visas to almost all the countries listed above especially for Western Europe. Let alone the benefits you receive from the state if you are an Israeli citizen, e.g. social security, unemployment , etc.
