In his first term he accepted the principle that the Oslo agreement was not reversible. This speech concedes nothing more than what Israel has already formally agreed in the international arena. On the other hand the Palestinians will find it very hard to accept the two conditions that Israel has set out (and did so under Rabin, Barak and Netanyahu in the past) namely that the PA state not be a miliary trojoan horse for foreign forces and that it is in stead of the right of return.

Israel will remain a sovereign independent nation long after Obama. Bibi is helping to see to that and telling the Arabs [and Obama ] Israel is not folding . Bibi threw the ball back to the Arabs.
