All I know is that even if you are a diplomat you are obliged to stop your car and show to the police the needed document. No one can hurt a police officer just for fun. Send her back home Persona non grata

If indeed you are a Rabbi, then you should know that NO PERSON is above the law. I am not talking about the latest incident as that is still under investigation. But, as far as the French woman is concerned once she refused to present her ID papers and actually "hit" the policeman with her car, she should have been arrested on the spot.
