31. Who says Mousavi would stop funding terror?
Lisha Sterling ,   Israel   (06.28.09)
Maybe Mousavi is a real reformer, and maybe not. If he is, he's done some evolving of his own since the last time he was in a position of power in Iran. But even if he has changed, that doesn't mean that his reforms reach out beyond Iran's borders. Changing things internally does not necessarily mean an end to funding terror. I support the Iranians right to democracy, but I have no delusions that THEIR democracy is going to make MY life any easier.

oneof the screamers ,   jerusalem   (06.29.09)
This revolution actually proves that "screaming" helps. The fact that Israelis and other free thinkers in the western world showed great opposition to the regime, with all kinds of THREATS. Some one was listening. These courageous acts of rebellion were no doubt spurred on by the catalyst of "screaming" that encouraged the average moe(hamed) to "scream" out for justice. Think about it.... the "rioters" feel that they have backing from parts of the free world to bring down these evil men. It strengthens their resolve to continue on. If the world had remained silent all this time...do you really think there would be a revolution going on? These "screamers" as you call them were setting in motion the necessary inertia for dissent. I agree...It is good we didn't bomb them YET. Lets see where this leads to, and maybe we wont have to. G-d Bless
33. what would happen, what will happen
Zohan   (06.29.09)
what would have happened if we had bomb Iran the nuclear program would be gone, along the way the IRG would have been targeted the election would have occurred but the IRG would not have been able to put down the uprising. Either way if Iran is target in the future the uprising will occur. No one messes with the Zohan, not even the Ayatollah.
34. Lapid Article
Dr Louis Rene Beres ,   WLafayette IN USA   (06.29.09)
Mr. Lapid's argument that today's allegedly productive Iranian instability would not have been possible if there had been a prior Israeli preemption is not correct on its face. In the first place, it is far too soon to know what the eventual outcome of the protests will be. It is even conceivable, if not altogether likely, that Iranian Islamist leaders will now stiffen their commitment to Jihad and to Iran's nuclear program. Professor Beres
35. It is not too late to bomb Iran
Besalel ,   Kew Gardens, NY   (06.30.09)
There is no revolution in Iran. The regime there is as strong as ever. The clock on Tel Aviv, however, is winding down to zero.
