Final preparations head of Barak-Mitchell meeting    Roni Sofer
1. General Surrender n' Retreat to Washington
We Israelis can fight smart with Obama and perhaps win, or we can fight stupid and get our head handed to us. Me, I prefer to fight smart and perhaps win.' (an Israeli) ----------------- Fight ? When you do fight ,you always fight stupid as you allowed the U.S. to hand you your head in Lebanon 2006 and again with Hamas in Jan 2009. You've alreay lost your head as all decisions are made in Washington and no longer Jerusalem ,dear slave ben. Now you spend all your time retreating to please your fake friends. You like being used like a cheap whore by them. They won't be satisfied or stop demanding of you until there is nothing left ,Mr. stupid. So when will you say enough ? You are too well trained to take orders from your masters in Washington dear slave. It's so sad to see that with you and so many faithless Jews, America is so much bigger than your God When a few of us were warning naive Israel to stand up against Bush and his 2 state final solution I heard the same defeatist and beggardly drivel that I hear from you now. They said; Oh Bush is our dear friend ,he cuts our throat with a gentle cut and draws as little blood as possible,if we tell him to stop maybe he will cut us deeper with less gentleness,so we are afraid to say anything that may anger him,so we Jews lick his boots and hope he will keep cutting gently'. You've become a bunch of fearful women. Where are the men ? This is why everyone abuses Israel and tramples it's sovereignty with impunity ,you show fear and allow this treatment. Have you no shame or do you enjoy being kicked around like a dog ? You reveal you have no faith in God, Your words find you guilty. Your words reveal you stand for nothing and kneel to the will of your god Obama. So what if the U.S. turned against you because of what is good and right. Is your god too feeble to stand with you ? Is your god dead ? It's clear that the U.S. is the god of many Israeli's like yourself and this is why you are too fearful to stand, you have no where else to run. If you cannot stand up now ,you never will because it will only get harder to stand than it already is. It is sad to see faithless Israel grovel and beg before their false ally and retreat before defeating Hizbollah and Hamas under orders from their American god who brings Israel down to the pit. Your god is slowly killing you ben and you don't have the faith to say 'enough'.

2. Always squirming around the issue.
We are not all naive. WE can see how Israel constantly squirms around the issues using devious and under hand methods. If all fails then running to US congress with some illogical request is the next step. Off course US Congress are very logical and know where the money comes from to get them reelected. However this cannot go on for ever. THe last Gaza invasion changed a lot of opinion. Gradually the tide is turning. Fair minded people will win out.
Peter Morris ,   New Zealand   (06.29.09)
3. Wierd Obama has not problem interfering in Israeli politics
Danny   (06.29.09)
4. What is going on?
Israel is removing roadblocks, Israel is decreasing the presence of the IDF Israel has agreed to a Palestinian State and Washington is still not happy? For more please visit: http://israelactnow.blogspot.com/2009/06/netanyahu-has-betrayed-jewish-state-of.html

5. Mandate for Palestine
Barack should remind the US that the 1922 Mandate for Palestine, which is irrevocable and legally valid today (the UN has been entrusted with it), authorises Jews to settle anywhere west of the Jordan River. This doesn't preclude self-determination of any group of Arabs in the region that can run their own state ...let them stand up and do so, responsibly, and I'm sure Israel won't stand in their way. However Jews who wish to live anywhere west of the Jordan River, even as Israeli citizens permanently-resident in another entity, have the right to do so...just as Arabs who wish to live in Israel are allowed to do so.
Steve Lieblich ,   Western Australia   (06.29.09)
6. Just say no
Barack Obama is asking Israel to put its security at risk and withdraw from Jewish land so that terrorist organizations can grow stronger and control more territory. Honestly, President Obama couldn't give a flying f--- about Israel's right to exist. He is a bully and it is about time that we told him to shove his demands where the sun don't shine.

7. #1
Amen Marcel!!! You took the words right out of my mouth. Well, actually I assume you are drunk or retarded or something.
Jerry ,   Chicago   (06.29.09)
8. US needs to hear a firm "No" from Israel.
Heck, Iran tells him "No"; North Korea tells him "No"; Russia tells him "No"; The Palestinians tell him "No". Why should Israel tell him "Yes", or even "Maybe"? Israel has rights and interests too.
Raymond in DC ,   Washington, USA   (06.29.09)
9. Mr. Barak should give Mr. Mitchell a copy of "As America Has
Done to Israel" by John McTernon so Mr. Mitchell will see the consequences (weather and natural disaster and economic consequences) of pushing Israel into doing things that are not in Israel's best interests. What is not in Israel's best interests is not in America's best interests since the defender of Israel Michael the Archangel. Those in ancient Babylon who threw Daniel into the lions' den where Michael the Archangel protected him, were themselves fed to the lions when Daniel was pulled out the next day. Those who threw Daniel's three friends into a firey furnace were themselves burned to crispy critters.

10. sending Barak
is like sending Mr. Bean!
Len ,   Tuscalusa, MS   (06.29.09)
11. The chances of a “two-state solution”.
"Zionism is nothing more - but also nothing less - than the Jewish people's sense of origin and destination in the land linked eternally with its name. It is also the instrument whereby the Jewish nation seeks an authentic fulfillment of itself." Abba Eban . A two-state solution is not going to work unless the Palestinians first are forced to clean up their act and eliminate hatred from their schoolbooks, teach tolerance to their people, and preach acceptance of Israel and the Jews as a neighbor. Is there any chance ? : http://xrl.us/beypea
Dave Ronen ,   Haifa   (06.29.09)
12. Barak-Mitchell and "peace"
If there is "reconcilliation" I hope it is buried in Jerusalem as it will be yet another surrender by Israel under a new government that will be no different than the last one- a contemptuos US lackey.
DT ,   TA Israel   (06.29.09)
13. meeting
Barak goes to the USA to grovel in front of Mitchell. Barak must leave negotiations to men who talk straight and state Israel position only as per Foreign Minister lieberman.Barak cannot speak for the majority of the Israeli people.Nobody trusts the coward who ran from Lebenon and gaza.
colin   (06.29.09)
14. Obama , Clinton and Mitchel have a problem with Jewish babie
So let us have an Israeli baby boom.
Lioness ,   Israel   (06.29.09)
15. #1 Exactly, Israeli Settlements Must Uprooted At ONCE
Nour ,   Palestine   (06.29.09)
16. Barak's Visit
Barak is no no position to set up terms for restarting negotiations. Settlements are illegal. It is not a question of no more building but what to do with those that exist and how they are to be dealt with. Barka also in 2001 promised that 21 illegal outposts would be down. They are still up. He is in no position to dictate terms to Washington. He must understand that the settlement issue stands on its own and it cannot be allowed to go on. That's it, nothing left to discuss. Either Israel starts dismantling or the US initiates punitive measures against an intransigent regime.
