Why open a parking lot in Jerusalem on saturday? well first Jerusalem is the capital of Israel and that includes all Israelis. I am a Yerushalmi! I was born in Jerusalem! I currently reside in London but Jerusalem was my birthplace and home, and I believe in a couple of years it will be again.
