Building everywhere in PT, and all being snapped up. There are much nicer parts of PT and nearby suburbs.

A year ago it looked like 20 apartment buildings were being build at the same time! I counted something like 13 cranes from one view point in the city. There also were some buildings being built that were not (yet) using cranes.

just hope none of the new residents have cars - cause in that area there are already big traffic jams. of cause i don't really expect the builders who will be making a nice profit, to worry about that

there must be a mistake in your report, 2 buildings each one 156 apartments on 19 floors.i,e, over 8 apartments per floor???? maybe you mean there will be 156 apartments together in both buildings. i.e. 19 floors x 4 apartments = 76 per building x 2 = 152. Are you sure about the price paid for the land?. according to my calculations this means that land for each apartment costs only 83,333 shekels if only 156 apartments are built or 42000 if they build 312 apartments........ Do you know the sale price that the builder is asking for each apartment?. It must be very cheap !!!! I calculate not over 700,000 shekels for a 4 room apartment of 120 meters??? if 156 apartments are built. and much less if 312 are built.

They have maybe to pay for the relocation of the actual 24 old appartements , and for the sport facilities . Maybe other expenses too . The seller has made a deal , they certainly did'nt give a present to this company .
