US Israel relations have been gradually getting worse since the end of the cold war. Before it was like a slow thawing but in the last 6 months its like full scale melt down. During the cold war the US liked the idea of having strong ally in this Soviet dominated region. Today its arab oil that matters and trying to keep the price down. Obama also thinks if America becomes a friend of the muslim world at the expense of the traditional old enemy of the muslims world ( Israel ) then Osama Bin Laden and all his terrorist friends will get together and say hey guys the US isn't the great saten anymore they want to be our ally so how about we stop crashing planes into their office buildings. The US jews are not as pro Israel as they once were today they are more left wing humanitarists and think that tough love is what the US should be handing out by being more pro arab and pro peace process which involves Israel surrendering to the arabs. We will also be making frieds with other growing powers. Suddenly the US will eventually find itself in a position where its muslim president is gone but the only people it has any form of relations with in the Middle East is muslims. If they are really concerned with the Palestinian suffering, they will not mind sacrificing a little piece of their own country to end the suffering of the Palestinian people. Israel should go ahead and do whatever it has to do with its land. The land that was conquered at the time of various wars should stay in the hands of that nation. It should not be given back. They would not give back land in Israel if they had conquered it in a war situation.

Build Jewish neighborhoods and apartments in all parts of the terrirories, and proselytise like they did during the Temple eras. It will improve all the neighborhoods.
