Nasrallah is starting to talk a bit tougher which is a typical reaction of being fearful. The reason is that ambiguity is his only weapon. If they find weapons he has a problem, and if they don't, then he will appear weak to his people, also a problem.
He has the right and reason to be scared.

Hezbollah tells UNFIL it's overstepped it authority, and UNIFIL says "Oh yes we must have". Then they send someone to Israel to discuss security, which iin UNIFIL talk means "We'll go blame Israel and yell at them for Hezbolla". Olmert and Tzipi really did badly with this one.
